Derwent Lodge B&B is operated by Eugene and Margaret, who have many years of experience in the bed and breakfast business and are delighted to welcome guests.
Derwent Lodge is a four bedroom family run bed and breakfast in Clontarf, close to Dublin City centre, Croke Park, East Point Business Park and Dublin Airport.
The house was built in 2021 with all the comforts of an A rated home. All rooms have en suite shower rooms, tea/coffee facilities, TV and free WiFi. There is secure off street parking available for guests.
The bed and breakfast is an 8 minute walk to the Clontarf Promenade. There is a bus service to the city centre or Howth/Malahide in the other direction.
Croke Park, 3 Arena and East Point Business Park are all 5 minutes by car. If you are travelling to or from Dublin Airport this is approximately 10/15 minutes away.
Clontarf lies between the coastal and inland roads from Dublin to Howth, and its seafront is served by the 130, 104 and H2 bus routes, while the inland parts are covered by buses on the Howth Road, such as the H1, H2 and H3. The area’s historic railway station, on Howth Road, closed many years ago, but a new railway station, Clontarf Road railway station, the first stop north of the city centre on the Dublin Area Rapid Transit system, is located between Clontarf and Fairview.
