Derwent Lodge B&B is operated by Eugene and Margaret, who have many years of experience in the bed and breakfast business and are delighted to welcome guests.

Derwent Lodge is a four bedroom family run bed and breakfast in Clontarf, close to Dublin City centre, Croke Park, East Point Business Park and Dublin Airport.

Our house was built in 2021 with all the comforts of an ‘A’ rated home. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms, tea/coffee facilities, TV and free WiFi. There is secure off street parking available for guests.

The bed and breakfast is an 8 minute walk to the Clontarf Promenade. There is a regular bus service to the city centre or Howth/Malahide in the other direction. Dublin’s DART suburban rail service is nearby (Killester station).

Croke Park, the 3 Arena and East Point Business Park are all 5 minutes by car. If you are travelling to or from Dublin Airport, we are approximately 10/15 minutes away.
