We do take holidays occasionally, but we will post that information clearly on this website when we are closed for holidays.

Rates vary for seasonal reasons, and occasionally due to periods of extremely high demand, such as 6 Nations Rugby fixtures or music concerts.

There is parking for 4 or 5 vehicles on-site, plus free of charge on-street parking just around the corner.

We have one charging point, so please let us know in advance if you need to utilise this during your stay.

Unfortunately, No.

Our house is furnished and finished to a very high standard and we therefore cannot allow guests to bring pets with them.

If you need B&B accommodation that includes pets, we may be able to recommend alternative accommodation in the area.

This is available in all our rooms.

The city centre is about 4km away and is well served by taxis.

A number of buses (H1, H2, H3, 6) pass outside our door, and there is a regular service, from early morning to midnight, or later.

The DART suburban train stations at Killester and Clontarf Road are approx. 7 minutes walk away.
